About Levow & Associates

The Pennsylvania DUI law firm of Levow & Associates represents clients charged with DUI in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lehigh, Carbon, Monroe, Luzerne, Lackawanna and Northampton counties. We have 5 DUI lawyers dedicated to DUI defense. 99% of what we do is DUI and the related charges.

We have advanced training in blood and breath testing, as well as the Drug Recognition Evaluation Protocol. We are also trained and qualified in field sobriety testing by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. This is the same agency that trained the officer who administered your roadside tests. Our training allows us to know if something was done improperly with your field testing, breath or blood testing. This may be one way to weaken the Commonwealth’s case against you. We know the possible errors of these tests and the potential motions to file to challenge the evidence.

We are a group of aggressive DUI trial attorneys. Although most of our cases resolve without a trial, we prepare our cases as if we are going to trial. We leave no stone unturned in mounting your defense. Clients do not hire us to hold their hands, walk them into court, and plead them guilty. Clients hire us to fight the Pennsylvania DUI charges against them. We will thoroughly evaluate your case and present all options to you. One of our attorneys is a former Pennsylvania DUI Prosecutor. We know how the other side thinks!

A Pennsylvania DUI arrest does not automatically equal a conviction. These cases can be won. There are many ways to challenge a Pennsylvania DUI arrest. Please call the law firm of Levow & Associates today for a Free Consultation.
