Jail: Generally no jail time, but mandatory six (6) months probation.

Other conditions: Attendance at an approved alcohol highway safety school and compliance with all drug and alcohol treatment requirements, and up to one hundred and fifty (150) hours of community service.
2nd Offense General Impairment
Jail: Five (5) days to six (6) months
Fines: $300.00 to $2,500.00
Other conditions: License Suspension of one (1) year. Ignition Interlock for one (1) year. Attendance at an approved alcohol highway safety school and compliance with all drug and alcohol treatment requirements. Up to one hundred and fifty (150) hours of community service.
